Kathy Whipp
Executive Assistant & Business Manager
Kathy is our Business Manager and Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team. She supports Innovation Unit’s operations and business management functions, and is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the organisation. Kathy also manages the quarterly Board meetings, an integral part of the business’ strategic vision.
Before joining Innovation Unit, Kathy spent the first half of her career in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, which included two overseas postings to Ukraine and India. More recently Kathy spent six years at a boutique executive search firm in Primrose Hill and worked as a virtual PA for city tech startups.
