Hannah Raffin

Hannah is passionate about influencing policy and practice to adopt innovations that reduce inequalities.
Prior to working at Innovation Unit, Hannah worked in policy for a charity focused on community-led approaches to place-based change. She also has a background in journalism and previously worked as a researcher on asylum seeker service users in the French Civil Service.
Hannah works across the IU portfolio, with a focus on Children and Social Care.
Outside of work, Hannah can be found curating for the most underrated food places or watching a niche theatre play above a local pub in North London.
